You are the sender

Leadbro AI drafts and delivers messages on your instruction. You decide who receives them, and you are responsible for complying with the law where your recipients are — including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR. We append a postal address and an opt-out line to every message; that is necessary, not sufficient.

Acceptable use

No unsolicited bulk mail to purchased or scraped consumer lists, no impersonation, no deceptive subject lines, and nothing you would not put your own name to. We may suspend an account that generates abuse complaints or an unusual failure rate, and we may act on a report without notice.

Support and abuse investigation

Our staff may access account content — including drafted messages and delivery logs — to provide support, keep the service running, and investigate suspected abuse. Every such access is recorded against the person who made it.

The free trial

Ten websites per account, for the life of the account. We may change the limits for new accounts; we will not retroactively remove work you have already done.
